The improvement on the current management system of CIGNA, Oracle eBusiness Suite, includes administrative and financial areas, cash management, AME and iExpenses, both in Spain and in other European countries where the company has presence such as Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Portugal, France, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Ireland and Italy.
arin innovation and CIGNA will include next modules in the improvement of processes and the extension of Oracle eBusiness Suite:
- Financials (Accounts Payable) – This module will be implemented in Italy.
- Cash management – will be implemented in all European countries where CIGNA operates: Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Portugal, France, Luxembourg, UK, Ireland, Italy and Spain.
- AME (Validation/Approval of documents, employee expenses and invoices), also implemented in all european countries where it is present (mentioned above).
- iExpenses (Employee expense management) – will be implemented in all European countries.
