MBA is a leader company in surgical and medical technology area in Europe. Has led the Spanish traumatology and orthopedics market over the last 20 years, and has constantly increased its presence in other markets.
To date, MBA worked with a custom-made system of people management and performance assessment that does not allow a development and integration with other Talent Management processes. After analyzing several market options, the HR manager, Bruno Suarez, chose to implement Oracle Taleo as a solution that allow to reach functional goals while covering new demands of a growing company.
Currently they are being implemented Performance and Compensation modules to continue in a second phase with Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
